Uptime Tier III

Uptime Tier III certified data centres incorporate concurrently maintainable infrastructure with redundant components and redundant distribution paths to serve the critical environment. These facilities require no shutdown when equipment needs maintenance or replacement, making them suitable for ICT services and workloads requiring very high availability.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is a widely recognized international standard for an organization's information security management system (ISMS). An ISMS is a set of policies relating to information security and the management of IT related risk. PCI DSS 3.2.1

PCI-DSS certification is a regulatory requirement for any company that processes credit card information, with the intent to protect card data from hackers and cyber criminals. SSAE SOC 1&2

The Service Organization Controls (SOC) reporting standard is defined by the US American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). SOC reporting mirrors the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) No. 3042. Controls assessed include finance, ecurity, availability, integrity of processing, confidentiality and privacy.

Australian Government Security Cleared Personnel

Personnel working in high security government environments require a security assessment by the Department of Defence. These security clearances are issued by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA). Macquarie maintains a large contingent of vetted personnel at all facilities.

DISP

Membership in the The Defence Industry Security Program (DISP), managed by the Defence IndustrySecurity Office (DISO), is essentially security vetting for Australian businesses and indicates that members understand and are able to meet their security obligations when engaging in Defence projects, contracts and tenders.
